Quantity Control

This has been my third day in a row that I have gone to work out so I'm pretty proud of that ;) I'm hoping to keep it up! Anyhow, I joined on Friday after work. I have not set any strict goals on myself at this point in time. I'm trying to work out at least an hour each time I go. I also would like to become more familiar with the wait machines so I can start working on building up muscle in my arms especially (I hate that my arms are so flabby :( ) but also my legs and butt. I'm trying to work on my eating habits again. My biggest issue with food is eating large quantities and I've tried just cutting back on the amount of food I eat before but later I would pick it back up again. So I am attempting to cut back again. I have not started counting calories really, just not allowing myself to eat more than I need to of anything and limiting the amount of sweets I eat. Here's to my first month working out!

Yea Annette! I'm glad you joined the gym with Patty and I. We can all work on our goals together.

Hooray Annette!!! I think the rowing machines are really good for arms. Maybe we can work on those next time we workout together. I'm so excited that you will be working out with us. You're doing great!! Keep it up!

I eat a lot when I get stressed! Good Job Annette! It is very important to be healthy!
